Cracker Barrel Investor Relations
On November 26, 2008 the shareholders of CBRL Group, Inc. overwhelmingly approved changing the corporation's name to Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. ("Cracker Barrel"). The Company's common stock will continue trading under the symbol "CBRL" on Nasdaq.
With this name change and the return to a single-concept focus, it is appropriate to merge the websites for CBRL Group, Inc. and Cracker Barrel Old County Store, Inc. As of January 2, 2009 all Investor Relations information regarding the company will be available to you through the Cracker Barrel website (crackerbarrel.com) by way of the Investor Relations tab at the top right of the screen. All additional information located on the website is now available at crackerbarrel.com.
